Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Trendyware

At Trendyware, we take great care in delivering authentic, premium-quality handloom and handmade sarees. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

As our sarees are handloom and handcrafted products, every piece is carefully curated and packed. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Color expectations due to screen/display differences
  • Ordering mistakes
  • Occasion changes
  • Size or styling preferences

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and images carefully before placing an order.


2. No Exchange Policy

Trendyware does not offer exchanges on any products.

Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be exchanged for:

  • Another color
  • Another design
  • Another product
  • Store credit

3. Handloom Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted and handwoven by skilled artisans.

Slight variations in:

  • Color tones
  • Weaving patterns
  • Texture
  • Zari placement
  • Handloom finishing

are natural characteristics of authentic handloom products and should not be considered defects.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product due to transit
  • A wrong product different from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your concern, you must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

After verification, Trendyware will determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


6. Refund Policy

Since Trendyware follows a No Return and No Exchange Policy, refunds are generally not provided.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Order cannot be fulfilled by Trendyware
  • Product is unavailable after payment
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Other exceptional cases approved by Trendyware

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
