Thank you for shopping with Trendyware. We specialize in premium Mangalagiri Handloom and Handmade Sarees, crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handloom products, shipping timelines may vary based on stock availability and production requirements.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
Ready Stock Products
If the saree is available in stock, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and may deliver it before the estimated timeframe.
Handloom & Made-to-Order Products
As many of our sarees are handmade and handloom products, certain items may require additional preparation time.
Estimated Delivery Time:
7–10 Business Days from the date of order confirmation.
In some cases, delivery may be completed earlier depending on stock availability and your location.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Promotional offers such as free shipping may be provided from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation message/email
- Tracking details (if available)
- Courier partner information
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Handloom production schedules
- High order volumes
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Remote location delivery constraints
Trendyware shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided:
- Delivery delays may occur.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
- Trendyware will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered.
If you believe your package has not been received despite a delivery confirmation, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
9. Damaged Package During Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please record an unboxing video before opening the package.
- Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the package and product.
- Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.
